India & Nepal · Small-group journeys
A journey to experience, not to tick off a list.
A small-group journey through North India and Nepal: culture, spiritual places, landscapes and real encounters with local life. I travel with the group myself.

For me this journey is about much more than visiting beautiful places.
I have travelled to India and Nepal several times and know people there whom I trust. This time I want to bring a small group together to share the journey.
It combines guided visits and cultural experiences with time to relax, explore and take everything in. Culture, nature, spirituality, good food, local encounters and some adventure, with my trusted guides from India and Nepal travelling with us.
Not a standard group tour.

Classical Panchakarma
Panchakarma means “five actions”. It is a traditional Ayurvedic program of cleansing, restoration and bringing body and mind back into balance.
For those who want to stay longer, a 14-day program can be arranged at the Moksha Ayurveda & Panchakarma Centre in Lalitpur, in the Kathmandu Valley: traditional treatments, yoga, meditation, a tailored diet, rest and personal guidance.
For me it reflects the spirit of the whole journey: not only discovering new places, but making room to pause, reconnect with yourself and see life from another perspective.
- Purva Karma · PreparationThe body is prepared, for example with oil applications (snehana) and heat treatments (svedana).
- Pradhana Karma · The main treatmentsDepending on an individual assessment by an experienced practitioner, traditional procedures such as vamana, virechana, basti and nasya.
- Paschat Karma · RecoveryA recovery period centred on nutrition, rest and lifestyle, sometimes with rasayana, the Ayurvedic approach to vitality.
The extension is booked separately with the centre, which confirms availability, suitability and the final arrangements. Treatments are chosen and supervised by qualified practitioners.
